Cancellation, Refund & Return/Exchange Policy

1. We will only accept refund requests if we delivered the wrong product(s) to customer due to our mistake / we delivered a damage / defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and condition before the item is shipped out. Please ensure video opening parcel is sent to us for refund approval.

2. Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different” or "doesn't fit me", will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.

3. MK 26 COLLECTIONS will immediately approach the customer if there's any dispute for return or refund. The course of action of the team could be replacement of faulty items, exchange of items and etcs. 

4. Sales / discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

5. It is customers responsibility to check the item immediately upon receival (within 24 hours) and contact us immediately to inform of the defect / issue. When reached an agreement with us, return item(s) should be shipped out to us by customer within 24 hours / the next working day.

6. Item(s) must be unused / unwashed / unworn and expected to be in the exact condition when purchased. Item(s) must returned in the original packaging.

7. All returned item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval.

8. Refund will be approved and processed only when item(s) is delivered to us and fulfills condition No. "6".

9. Upon approval, we will reach out to customer and request for banking account details for us to proceed with the refund.

10. Refund will be processed by bank within 7 working days.

11. Any order cancellation request will not be entertained.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange shipment to return. MK 26 COLLECTIONS doesn't play any role for return shipment arrangements.


12. All return/exchange postage fee has to he handled by the customer. MK 26 COLLECTIONS doesn't cover for any return fee. 


13. For exchange of items, the customer has to bear the return postage fee to us (MK 26 COLLECTIONS) and we (MK 26 COLLECTIONS) will bear the fee to ship a new item if customer agrees for product exchange.
